When can I expect my order?
Please allow us 1-2 days to process your order. From here, we will have it shipped to your chosen courier as soon as possible.
How can my order be shipped?
We offer multiple ways to ship out your order nationwide.
- Metro Manila express (same day or next day) delivery will be shipped via Mr. Speedy.
- Metro Manila regular delivery will be shipped via GogoXpress.
- Provincial orders will be shipped via GogoXpress, LBC, or JRS.
- For provincial orders exceeding 10kg, rest assured our team will reach out to you immediately for coordination.
Once delivery details are confirmed, our team will send out a confirmation email with your tracking code and link.
Can I have my order picked-up?
Yes, you may. We will send you a confirmation once it is ready for pick-up.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Rest assured that all products go a quality check before being sent out to our customers. Please reach out to us within 7 days from the day of purchase. Otherwise, we will no longer be able to accommodate your request. Change of heart on your order cannot be accommodated.
