SLIDING FEATURES: Kindly note that the sliding handles is a feature of the Lightning Speed Rope to allow for easier handling and jumping each repetition. To allow for a smoother jump repetition, while holding the jump rope handles, do a 'whipping motion' with your wrists and jump at the right timing.
ADJUSTABLE SCREWS: Each handle is equipped with a built-in adjustable screw to allow the user to adjust the length of the cables to your liking. Please twist to tighten as much as possible to prevent slipping and sliding.
DURABLE CABLES: The steel cables inside the PVC coating are designed to be durable to withstand prolonged use on any surface. With this, we apologize for the slight challenge in cutting the cables. To cut or adjust the cable, please use a heavy-duty set of pliers.
