They say the core is where it's sweetest, so it's time to slide on down to your most satisfying sweat sessions yet. Our Candy Core Sliders give you an extra kick (minus the sugar) in your workout.

Made to work the arms, chest, and glutes, use our sliders for an optimal body workout each and every time.

USAGE GUIDE:

Candy Core Sliders are double sided. Either side can be used, depending on the surface of your workout area. The foam covered is ideally used on hard floors such as marble and granite. The second side is made of smooth PVC that slides smoothly on carpeted flooring. Use on a yoga mat or any high-density rubber flooring is not ideal as the core sliders will not slide smoothly.

HOW TO STORE:

Store in a cool place without direct sun exposure. To clean, wipe with a damp cloth after use. Do not wash.
